Marine Claims Manager (Hull & Machinery)

We are partnering with a leading global shipping company to hire a Marine Claims Manager (Hull & Machinery) to support its APAC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Hull & Machinery (H&M), crew, and marine insurance claims from notification through to settlement.
• Handle major vessel casualties, including fire, collision, grounding, salvage, and General Average incidents.
• Coordinate with insurers, P&I Clubs, surveyors, lawyers, and other external parties throughout the claims process.
• Investigate claims, identify liabilities, and pursue recoveries from responsible third parties and insurers.
• Manage H&M, P&I, and other marine insurance policies for the fleet.
• Support incident response, claims reporting, and legal proceedings where required.
