What you will be doing:

• Coordinate referrals, undertaking initial assessments and triage, and ensuring people receive the most appropriate support for their needs.
• Manage waiting lists, caseloads and service allocations to ensure timely access to bereavement support.
• Facilitate bereavement support groups and coordinating the staff and volunteers who help deliver these services.
