Manufacturing Training & Certification Specialist

BD Malaysia is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to oversee manufacturing training for Direct Labor teams. You will design content, coordinate onboarding, establish competency frameworks, and manage certifications and continuous improvement of training programs.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HR/Management, 5 years in training, and proven English communication. The role requires hands-on collaboration with production floor management and strong administrative skills.
