Manufacturing Technician for Vision Health

Agilus by Synergie seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Winnipeg, specializing in the Life Sciences sector. This temporary position focuses on lens preparation and machine cleaning, beginning mid-June.
In this role, you’ll join a leading Life Sciences client dedicated to vision health. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of production experience and will perform tasks including deblocking and cleaning lenses. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this collaborative environment, with the possibility for contract extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deblock and clean lenses from edger machines
• Mount lenses correctly in their frames
• Apply new leap pads while cleaning chucks
• Perform end-of-day cleaning of production equipment
• Work effectively with team members
