Manufacturing Technician Core Finishing 1st Shift 6am to 2pm (P)

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

**Will be using different tools such as files, ultrasonic machines, and sandpaper. As well as patching cores using an alumina-based material according to work instructions in the Gibsonton, Florda location.**

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ **Operating the mercury system to clock hours and pull up work instructions meeting daily targets provided by team leads.**
+ **Understand how to operate downdraft booths to turn on lights and dust collection.**
+ **Inspecting parts and accurately using magnification tools to check for defects and to verify completion of work.**
+ **Using diamond bit tools, sandpapers to sand down die lines on the main body of the core and pneumatic air tools to remove tie bars on core.**
+ **Replenishing stations with the required items.**
+ **Using hand tools, including wrenches and Allen wrenches.**
