Overview:
Join our Fabrication team as an Production Operator on 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with glass components, shaping, smoothing, and inspecting them to meet exacting standards. You’ll combine technical skill, attention to detail, and precision measurement to ensure every part meets quality requirements.What You’ll Do:

Set up fixtures and secure parts for grinding, polishing, and finishing

Operate both CNC and manual grinding equipment

Mix and maintain polishing compounds and tools

Accurately measure optical and geometric properties of components

Examine surfaces under a microscope to detect imperfections

Follow step-by-step instructions, read technical drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications
