Manufacturing Team Lead Onsite Role

Take charge of production excellence as a Manufacturing Team Lead in our operations department. Oversee daily tasks, ensure quality standards, and lead a motivated team to meet all production goals.
In this onsite role, you will coordinate start-up and end-of-shift activities based on the Production Supervisor’s directions. Your key responsibilities include ensuring production objectives are accomplished, maintaining quality through inspections, and addressing any materials shortages. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will enhance team performance and support continuous improvements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily production schedules to team members
• Inspect product quality and address any concerns promptly
• Support other manufacturing functions as required
• Model compliance with Health & Safety guidelines
• Operate Forklift and Reach Truck safely
