Manufacturing Operations Director - CNC, Lean & Automation

Morgan Philips Group is searching for a seasoned leader in manufacturing operations located in Kedah, Malaysia. This role encompasses directing the entire manufacturing process, including machining and assembly, while driving production planning and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly with CNC machining processes. Strong knowledge in tooling and materials is crucial, as well as proven leadership capabilities.
