Responsibilities
- Execute daily line maintenance activities pertaining to equipment repair events and process monitoring.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment and ensure timely updates to the preventive maintenance schedule within Indysoft.
- Administer process operating document training and certification for production operators.
- Provide support to Engineering in the execution of equipment qualification activities, including equipment setup and testing.
- Perform 5S housekeeping practices and address safety hazards related to production equipment or work areas.
- Conduct daily shift pass‑downs to communicate areas of concern and equipment issues to the team.
- Perform daily inspections and provide timely updates for Organization Alignment and Prioritization (OAPP)/ fabriq events as assigned.
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing line or plant equipment.
