Job Description Title: Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and supporting maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment and facilities, serving as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and process issues. Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, manages work orders through a maintenance system, and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. Assists with facility upkeep, regulatory compliance, and inspections while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial equipment and systems, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and perform repairs independently.
