**Job Description**
The 3rd Shift Manufacturing Lead oversees production operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment, leading a team of operators working on CNC turret presses, lasers, press brakes, and welding processes. This hands-on leadership role focuses on meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and upholding safety expectations while actively supporting the team on the production floor and driving accountability and performance across the shift.

+ Lead and supervise a 3rd shift production team of approximately eight operators, with the expectation that the team will grow as operations expand.
+ Direct daily workflow and ensure production schedules are followed, adjusting priorities as needed to meet production goals.
