**Job Description**

The Logistics & Inventory Manager leads all inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations, overseeing both the Inventory and Shipping & Receiving teams. This role is responsible for optimizing material flow, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and previous work in the manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and lead Inventory Supervisor and Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.
+ Oversee end-to-end inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.
+ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
+ Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, and audit compliance.
+ Ensure AS9100 compliance.
