Manufacturing HR Leader - Build Talent & Culture

CREW by HRNET is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Manufacturing) for Johor Bahru to lead HR operations, blending strategic people initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will collaborate with the Plant Manager on workforce planning and ramp‑up hiring, lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboard new staff, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, drive performance processes, and ensure payroll compliance under Malaysian labour laws.
