Adecco is partnering with a growing company in Owatonna, MN to hire experienced **Framers** for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong framing or rough carpentry skills who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building high-quality modular structures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform rough carpentry and framing tasks in a manufacturing/shop setting
+ Measure, mark, and cut lumber to build walls, floors, and roof trusses
+ Nail and assemble framing components and wall panels
+ Install sheathing and roofing materials as part of the framing process
+ Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
