**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Sr Staff for the Production Engineering Digital Transformation (PE DX) team which is responsible for developing and deploying PLM capabilities to support the Digital Transformation and 1LMX initiatives.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineering Sr Staff you will be responsible for shaping the PLM ecosystem to meet current and future program needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and enhance PE capabilities in Teamcenter PLM, aligning functionality with present and future program requirements.
+ Create comprehensive Teamcenter job guides, training materials, and documented processes specific to PE responsibilities.
+ Test and validate new capabilities across the Integrated Operational Framework, ensuring seamless integration with MES, ERP, and related systems.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed PLM solutions throughout the technology ecosystem.
