Successful candidates will implement lean process improvements in a precision machining environment that reduces process variation and improve productivity, as part of the Manufacturing Engineering team. This position is in Simi Valley, CA.

Leading the Manufacturing engineer colleagues making sure to drive6SIGMA green and black belt trainingFTT analysis (First Time Through) measures the percentage of units produced correctly without rework, defects, or adjustments on the first attempt. Data driven Process improvements example like 80/20 pareto chartOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) evaluates the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing equipment.
