DESCRIPTION The Manufacturing Engineer contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems. This role ensures the successful execution of manufacturing processes and projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve safety, efficiency, and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develops manufacturing processes for the Cylinder Head/ConRod manufacturing line. Participates in equipment finalization, DAP, specification finalization, trials, and final commissioning at the plant. Improves layout and material flow for operational efficiency. Supports CAPEx and cash flow management in a timely manner. Monitors project progress, highlights risks, and develops corrective actions.
