Manufacturing Engineering Combat (EFA RHW)

Position Overview

Manufacturing Engineer – Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) – Airbus Defence and Space. Based in Getafe (Madrid).

Responsibilities

• Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes, improvements, process modification, implementation of innovation solutions, 3D Work Orders.
• Provide shop floor support to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
• Work with the Material Review Board (MRB) for disposition of defects, HNCs, waivers.
• Co‑design with design office to improve and approve new designs, MCA, RFA.
• Be part of multidisciplinary team to solve issues arising in the manufacturing line.
• Develop and update manufacturing structures and processes, associated documentation (work orders, technical instruction, job card).
• Provide manufacturing feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).
