Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will be the local M.E. within the area (plant) that is regarded as the specialist within their field with regards to specialist projects that deliver new technology, NPI or method improvement that supports daily improvement to key Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Personnel values.
Essential Functions
- HSE/ Product Safety - Review manufacturing methods to drive down PHA scores in line with the zero-harm program.
- Quality - Be an influential contributor to the Zero Defects program for their specific plant that include daily ZD reviews and be the key person to analyze the data required to implement the corrective action.
- Cost and Delivery - Develop the manufacturing processes that will deliver the plant budget in their specific area with regards to yield and productivity.
