Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations for Flow products at the Nogales site. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies (Flow products).
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfers by coordinating with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and smooth product release.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing documentation.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, define time standards, and recommend tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
