Manufacturing Engineer

Description We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cumberland, Rhode Island and build a strong foundation in both engineering and plant operations. This onsite role is designed for someone who wants to deepen technical expertise, improve production performance, and grow into a leadership position within a high-volume wire manufacturing environment. The position offers early exposure to process engineering, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts before expanding into broader operational responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Build a working knowledge of wire manufacturing methods, product specifications, and quality expectations through hands-on involvement with engineering and production teams.
