**What you’ll do:**
+ Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for B-Line aluminum cable tray products, including ladder, ventilated trough, and solid-bottom tray systems. The role ensures product quality, manufacturing efficiency, cost competitiveness, and compliance with industry standards through technical leadership and production support across the entire manufacturing process.
