- Tertiary Qualification — BSc Degree, Diploma in Production/Operations, Management Degree (EDP/MBA/MBL advantageous)

- Driver’s Licence — Valid SA licence
Experience
- 10 years relevant experience
- 8 years Production & Operations
- 8 years Senior Management
- Precast/Paving Manufacturing
- JDE experience — Advantageous
