The ideal candidate will be proficient in using hand tools, adept at reading tape measures, and capable of operating equipment. Previous experience in basic electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing is preferred.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and maintain work areas.
+ Install and service various components.
+ Inspect and wash siding and walls.
+ Conduct carpentry repairs.
+ Use hand and power tools proficiently.
+ Perform roofing and window installations.
