This role involves general loading and unloading duties, assisting the machine operator, and sorting parts into crates. The parts are small and lightweight, but crates may become heavy once filled.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist machine operators with daily tasks.
+ Load and unload materials efficiently.
+ Sort small parts into crates.
+ Ensure crates are properly packed and ready for shipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and machine operation.
+ Ability to perform assembly tasks.
+ Proficiency in general labor activities.
+ Forklift operation knowledge.
+ Experience in packaging and inspection.
+ Familiarity with hand tools and blueprint reading.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.50/hr.
