Summary:
The role of the manufacturing associate is to support rework and related manufacturing processes utilizing a variety of production equipment. Individuals in the role of manufacturing associate are responsible ensuring good quality parts meeting company standards and customer specifications with high efficiency. This is a fast-paced role and duties may include (but are not limited to):
+ Utilizing drawings or blueprints to produce parts by machine or hand assemblies
+ Performing parts inspections in different stages of production
+ Utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment to verify work order specifications
+ Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, notifying appropriate leaders of potential and reoccurring issues
+ Sort, deburr, and clean parts
