This role uses data to improve staffing, shift scheduling, and training programs while supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard production and support staff
• Plan shifts and workforce models to meet production goals
• Manage training programs, competency tracking, and certifications
• Analyse labour and production data to recommend improvements
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
