Manufactruing Associate

**🔧 Manufacturing Associate – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift**

📍 Binghamton, NY

💲 $18.00–$21.00/hr | Contract-to-Hire

**✅** **What You'll Do**

+ Assemble mechanical parts using hand & power tools
+ Follow work instructions and basic blueprints
+ Perform sandblasting, sanding, masking, and prep work
+ Assist with poweder coat, paint preparation & finishing
+ Inspect parts for quality and troubleshoot issues
+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace

**🔎** **What We're Looking For**

+ Manufacturing or mechanical experience (preferred, not required)
+ Good attendance with reliable transportation
+ Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
+ Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 50 lbs
+ Team player willing to learn and rotate tasks
