Assistant Director in the Accounting Department

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a varied client portfolio, fostering genuine close relationships.
  • Managing accounting from start to finish: bookkeeping, review, and closing, both at our offices and at clients' premises.
  • Prepare annual accounts, financial statements and reports.
  • Support and advise clients on their accounting and financial challenges.
  • Establish tax declarations (PM) and VAT statements.
  • Manage salaries and social charges on behalf of our clients.

Your profile

  • Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting.
  • Minimum 3‑4 years of professional experience within a fiduciary company in Switzerland.
  • Good organisational skills, a sense of responsibility and ease in client relations.
  • Capable of working autonomously, versatile, organised, and able to take initiative.
