Job Description The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrator, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth. Main Responsibilities: Manage current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities; Liaise with Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department Maintain a long-term relationship with existing c...
