Mandarin speaking E-commerce Specialist - What You'll be Doing:
1. Marketplace & Order Operations
Manage the daily processing, tracking, and updating of Amazon orders, ensuring order information is accurate, complete, and handled on time. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on order fulfilment, routine operational documents, status updates, and other day-to-day requirements through Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
2. Inventory, Fulfilment & Issue Resolution
