As the IT Manager, you'll lead daily IT support operations, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain critical systems for hotel operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily IT operations and support for staff and guests
• Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Manage key hospitality systems including PMS and VoIP
• Coordinate IT upgrades and system optimizations
• Provide IT security awareness training to staff
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in IT management or leadership
