Role Overview:
The role involves providing medical information to healthcare professionals across the APAC region in Mandarin Chinese.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries related to drug intake, adverse effects, and adverse events reporting via phone calls.
Start date: As soon as possible, with a target of no later than June.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field (Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or related; Chemistry acceptable, Dentistry and Doctor of Medicine excluded).
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduate...
