The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Ecommerce Operations to spearhead the establishment and growth of its U.S. business. The role involves a wide range of tasks, from strategy and P&L ownership to supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service management. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing U.S. team, as well as establishing data and governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include steering inbound logistics, selecting and contracting 3PLs, and owning S&OP. The role also requires the development of Amazon playbooks, evaluation of additional marketplaces and retail partnerships, and the staging of DTC rollout.
