The Managing Director, Design and Construction is
responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects for a
publicly traded company. Performs work activities
that range from conceptual design development to managing the construction of
prison facilities on a national level. Converts
ideas on paper into real property solutions for CoreCivic. Focuses emphasis on overall construction
management and all aspects of development including: conceptual/schematic
design, cost estimating, pro forma analysis, architect negotiations, general
contractor negotiat...
