What the role is:
The Human Resource Team in MND works closely with its Family of Statutory Boards (of close to 10,000 in staff strength) to support MND Family-wide objectives and strategic priorities through a range of HR initiatives, across several spectrums of HR, such as talent management, key learning focus areas, and other HR policies. Within MND, it supports the manpower needs of the organisation, as well as the growth and development of officers.
What you will be working on:
As Manager/Assistant Director, Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible to review the compensation and benefits frameworks (e.g. salary structures) within the MND Family, to ensure that we remain competitive in attracting and retaining core professions to support our mission.
