What you’ll do

• Lead high‑impact kaupapa inquiries that shape Māori health outcomes across Aotearoa.
• Drive the Ministry’s response to Wai2575, influence national policy, strengthen Māori–Crown relations, and lead a talented team delivering meaningful change for pae ora.
• Lead and develop the Kaupapa Inquiries team, providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery of complex, high‑priority programmes of work.
• Drive the Ministry’s response to kaupapa inquiries, including Wai2575, ensuring TeTiriti obligations and Māori health equity are embedded throughout.
• Build and maintain influential relationships across the Ministry, Crown Law, and public sector agencies to support evidence‑based outcomes for Māori.
