GENERAL SUMMARY
Manages daily operations of the Medical Academic Programs.
Location:Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital
Hours:8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, No Weekends
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Manages all budget aspects of the department - balances and controls all expenditures adhering to audit guidelines.
+ Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues.
+ Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
+ Ensures institution and all residency/fellowship programs remain in compliance with Joint Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements in order to maintain full accreditation status.
