WE ARE HIRING - MANAGER - TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
- Design and customize training content for different departments and employee levels.
- Plan and execute annual training calendars and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Hands‑on experience in training staff at all levels.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
