**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Manager

**In this role, you will:**

+ Manage and develop team of individual contributors and managers working on complex issues
+ Support the lifecycle of Institutional trades while managing a larger group or multiple groups covering the following functions; client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation, as well as, work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
+ Collaborate with all business partners and various departments, create efficiencies and mitigate risk for team and organization
