Key Responsibilities

• Technical Roadmap & Architecture: Define the technical direction and architecture for next‑generation automated verification frameworks, shared libraries, and internal testing tools.
• AI & Automation Innovation: Lead the research and implementation of AI‑driven testing methodologies, including self‑healing tests, automated test generation, and intelligent regression selection.
• Microservices Quality: Champion the organization‑wide adoption of contract testing (e.g., Pact) to ensure seamless, decoupled integration across microservices.
• People Leadership & Growth: Mentor, coach, and grow a specialized team of software testers, establishing clear career paths, goals, and a culture of technical excellence.
• CI/CD Integration: Partner closely with DevOps and Platform Engineering to embed automated testing seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback loops.
