Manager- Terminal Retail & F&B Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Leasing Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential retail and F&B brands (Indian & international) aligned with airport positioning Drive commercial negotiations , business terms (MG/MMG/Rev Share), and closure of deals Conceptualise and curate category mix strategies to maximise revenue and passenger engagement Build and leverage a strong industry network across malls, brands, franchise operators, and aggregators 2. Project Management & Execution Lead end-to-end execution of new outlets from concept to go-live , ensuring timelines and quality standards Coordinate with design, projects, operations, and regulatory teams (including BCAS where applicable) Monitor progress of fit-outs and ensure on-time store openings aligned with traffic milestones Ensure readiness for key launches, including international operations ramp-up 3.
