Manager, Technical Services (Corporate Real Estate Services)

This position reports directly to the Vice President & Head, Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) and serves as the in-house technical authority for mechanical and building services engineering across IHH Singapore’s hospitals and out-of-hospital business units.

The role owns the performance, reliability, compliance and lifecycle planning of mechanical systems in particular ACMV serving critical clinical environments, medical gas pipeline systems, steam and hot water, domestic and waste water, vertical transportation and mechanical fire protection and provides mechanical engineering input to infrastructure projects, technical policies, contracts and energy management.

The role complements the existing CRES technical services team by deepening mechanical engineering capability alongside the team’s established strengths in electrical installations, contract management, procurement and policy compliance.
