Manager, Talent Enablement (TE) Operations – a senior HR leadership role responsible for managing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The role ensures an integrated end‑to‑end employee lifecycle approach, covering workforce planning, recruitment delivery, onboarding, retention, internal mobility, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all contingent business operations in Singapore, managing annual revenue while consistently exceeding financial targets.
- Lead a team of 7 direct reports and oversee 500+ contract associates, driving operational excellence, SLA performance, and compliance across onboarding, HR, and payroll functions.
- Establish long‑term strategies that build market share, improve margins, and expand enterprise customer engagement.
