Manager, Te Au Reka Data Enablement

The Opportunity

Lead the data enablement function for Te Au Reka, one of the Ministry of Justice's largest digital transformation programmes. Reporting to the Digital Programme Director, Te Au Reka Services, you will provide strategic leadership across data quality, governance, migration, reporting and analytics, ensuring trusted data supports operational performance, regulatory obligations and better decision‑making. This role leads a team of specialists and works closely with programme teams, vendors, technical experts and senior business stakeholders to deliver sustainable data outcomes.
