**Position Summary...**
The Manager, Tax will support the development and execution of global tax planning strategies and help ensure compliance with international and domestic tax regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of international tax principles, along with tax planning and research capabilities to analyze and document tax positions across the enterprise.

+ Support global tax planning initiatives by analyzing complex tax concepts to optimize financial outcomes and support business strategy.
+ Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex issues and help mitigate risk.
