What The Role Is
We are looking for a driven and forward‑thinking team player who thrives on making a tangible impact. You will be part of the HR Talent, Learning and Development team, playing a pivotal role in shaping URA’s talent pipeline by reimagining how we attract, select and retain young talents, building a strong talent pipeline for URA.
This is a 1‑year contract position.
What You Will Be Working On- Own and drive the full scholarship selection cycle end‑to‑end, from early outreach and shortlisting through to award and ongoing scholar management.
- Serve as the primary liaison to coordinate selection panels, align on assessment criteria, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout.
- Manage scholarship administrative matters such as processing of allowances, claims, and flight arrangements for scholars on overseas studies.
