Lead process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations.Implement improvements to commission system, workflow automation, and data integrityDevelop end-user computing (EUC) solutions to support commission and incentive programsDesign insightful reports and dashboards for management reviewPartner with cross-functional teams on performance tracking for new products and campaigns
To Succeed in this Role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a scalable organizationFamiliarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools is an advantageProficient in end-user computing tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, Power Apps, and data visualization tools
