Day‑to‑day responsibilities

Leadership

Manage the sustainability organization and core activities to continuously improve sustainability and EHS performance. Set objectives, implement the global strategy, define plans, create initiatives, and prepare communications and trainings to ensure compliance with global and local sustainability policy, standards, systems and core values. Improve sustainability management and provide oversight for incident and emergency management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Build and develop talent to maintain professional competence and leadership capabilities within the sustainability department.
