Manager, Surface Land

Location: Denver, CO or Casper, WY

Reports to: Director, Land, Regulatory, and Government Affairs

Role: The Manager, Surface Land is responsible for leading the Company's surface land function, including management of surface land personnel, planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and execution of surface access activities supporting exploration and production operations. This role oversees the negotiation, drafting, administration, and compliance of surface-related agreements while fostering strong relationships with landowners, regulatory agencies, internal stakeholders, and industry partners. The Manager serves as a key liaison between field operations, regulatory affairs, permitting, geology, and land teams to ensure timely access, regulatory compliance, and successful project execution.
